Iwa ist die größte Wohnung im Haus und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit Kingsize-Betten, 2 Badezimmern mit Regenduschen, einem Flur sowie einem großzügigen Wohnbereich mit Küche und Esstisch. 2 Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer und 1 im Schlafzimmer können als zusätzliche Betten genutzt werden. Im Hauptschlafzimmer gibt es außerdem eine Badewanne. Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über Fenster zum Innenhof, während der Rest der Wohnung zur Žatecká-Straße ausgerichtet ist.
