Iwa is the largest flat in the house consisting of 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 bathrooms with rain showers, a hallway and a spacious living room area with a kitchen and a dining table. 2 sofa beds in the living room and 1 in the bedroom can act as extra beds. There is also a bathtub featured in the main bedroom. One bedroom has courtyard facing windows while the rest of the flat faces the Žatecká street.
